Requirements:

• At least two years’ experience (for AVP position) or five years’ experience (for VP position) in the aviation or aircraft financing industry, banking, or rating agency, with a focus on airline credit or equity research.
• Strong self-motivation and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and to drive tasks to completion
• Ability to travel, sometimes at short notice, around 10 times a year to visit airlines in the Americas region
• Good inter-personal skills for building relationships with executives from diverse cultural backgrounds
• Strong analytical and evaluation skills, with the capability to think independently
• Solid verbal and written communication ability
• Meticulous, with keen attention to details, while working in a fast-paced environment
• A relevant qualification such as an MSc in Finance or Aviation Finance, CFA, or ACCA would be advantageous
• Verbal and written Chinese language skills are a plus, though not a requirement.
